A rotary change of pace
This Wankel-inspired build offers a different mechanical layout from the piston engines in the range. A compact rotor housing sits behind the front cooling fan, with exposed gears and chains carrying the drive through the model.
A different engine layout behind the fan
The compact rotary assembly combines a dark front fan, curved manifold and tall gearbox selector in a powertrain with an unusual shape.
Front fan and drive detail
A dark front fan sits beside the exposed drive components, providing a clear focal point ahead of the rotor housing.
Curved intake manifold
The broad silver-finish manifold curves away from the compact engine body in a repeated series of pipes.
Gearbox selector assembly
A tall selector lever and open drive housing give the four-speed gearbox a distinct place beside the engine.
