Is shipping free?
Yes! Brick Car Merchant offers free worldwide shipping via premium couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
Are there any additional fees?
No! What you see is what you pay, there are never any hidden costs with us. We cover international tracked shipping, as well as any tax or customs fees for ALL regions, including but not limited to the US, UK, Australia, Asia and EU. Once you place your order, the only thing left is to be excited for day of delivery so you can begin building!
Do you accept payment in all currencies?
Our store accepts payments in most currencies. To change the currency displayed, please use the currency selector in the top menu of any page on our website.
How long until I get my order?
Once we receive your order, we get it packed & labeled within 24 hours and your parcel will be dispatched. Once the parcel is dispatched to our delivery partner, they will schedule your parcel prioritising the fastest delivery method & issue you with a tracking number for you to follow along the delivery. Most places in the world usually receive our packages within 5-10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All electronic components are covered under a 1 year warranty. All electronic components are tested at the factory, but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong we will send you replacements.
What if a part is missing?
All the parts for this set are machine sorted, meaning it is very unlikely for any parts to be missing; in fact, there are extras included! In the extremely unlikely event that something is missing, you can reach out to customer support and we will arrange for the missing parts to be sent to you right away.
Do you accept returns?
Of course. Our return policy lasts for 30 days after your order was placed or 7 days after the parcel is received (whichever comes last). If you would like to return an order, please get in touch with us and we will provide you with the returns details.
