Build An Engineering Giant
Take on a substantial mobile-crane project with a multi-axle carrier, deployable stabilisers and a towering boom. Explore its remote-controlled functions and rotating upper structure after the final section is assembled.
A Crane With More To Discover
From the carrier’s steering to the boom and support structure, this build offers several distinct mechanical systems to assemble and explore.
Raise The Boom, Change The Skyline
Build the long boom and hook assembly, then explore the crane in its raised working configuration. The upper structure rotates through 360 degrees, allowing a very different display from its folded transport position.
Deploy The Powered Stabilisers
Use the remote-controlled stabiliser mechanisms to extend the supports around the carrier. The wide working footprint makes the transition from road transport to crane operation an important part of the finished model.
Follow The Multi-Axle Steering
Explore the steering linkages and differentials built into the long carrier chassis. Multiple axles and the detailed mechanical layout make the vehicle beneath the crane a substantial build in its own right.
