Exactly one car manufacturer has ever put a W16 into production. Not two or three trying it and one winning out — one, full stop. Bugatti built it for the Veyron in 2005, kept building it through the Chiron, and then stopped for good in 2024. Nobody else ever went near it, because sixteen cylinders arranged as two narrow-angle V8 blocks sharing a single crankshaft is a genuinely strange way to build an engine, and strange is expensive.
This kit is that block on its own, at a scale small enough to sit on a desk rather than take over a shelf. No transmission, no surrounding chassis — just the layout itself, built to show why four banks of four cylinders reads as one continuous, slightly unhinged piece of engineering rather than two engines bolted together.
