Blooming Flower Pot
White daisy-like blooms, warm red and orange flowers and small branching stems rise from a dark stone-effect vase. The contrast is the point: a heavy-looking, irregular pot below a loose arrangement of petals, buds and leaves that reaches outward in several directions.
Each part of the bouquet has a different shape and texture. Broad petals form the larger flowers, smaller elements create the delicate stems above them, and varied leaf shapes fill the spaces between. The vase is built in textured layers, so it remains interesting even when you view the arrangement from the back or set it below eye level.
Arrange the stems so the larger flower faces are visible, or turn the finished pot to bring a different colour forward. It makes a lasting floral display for a desk or shelf, with a more sculptural silhouette than a simple row of identical flowers. The completed model brings together the look of a mixed bouquet and the tactile detail of a brick-built object.

A mixed bouquet above a sculpted vase
Layered flowers and branching stems contrast with the heavy-looking texture of the dark pot.
Build a varied floral arrangement
White daisy-like flowers sit among warmer red and orange blooms. Their different sizes and petal shapes give the bouquet a loose silhouette rather than a uniform repeated pattern.
Look between the larger flowers
Small buds, branching stems and varied leaves fill the gaps. These finer details give the display interest above and around the broad flower heads.
Explore the stone-effect pot
Textured layers make the vase part of the model's appeal. Turn the completed arrangement to bring another bloom forward while keeping the sculpted container interesting from the back too.
